January is already in full swing, but Seven Lions is gearing up to take fans back a month with his upcoming release “December.”
Teased on his Facebook profile, “December” is a new collaboration with vocalist Davey Havok from the hardcore punk band AFI. Scattered bass squelches and a slow drum cadence provide an atmospheric base for Havok’s rich delivery and expressive lyrics. The preview cuts out right before the track’s drop, but if Seven Lions’ past work is anything to go by, there’s no doubt it will be a crushing behemoth of whomps and bass.
