It’s not easy following up the success of a record like his recent collaboration “All The Lies” with Alok and The Vamps but Felix Jaehn looks to ride the hot hand unveiling his new single, “LIITA.”
With “All The Lies” being a colorful, uplifting piece of production, Felix’s latest offering is a club-ready tune featuring Breaking Beattz and Brother Leo that is the furthest thing from your traditional house track.
Packing quite the punch, this infectious collaboration is one funky speaker-knocker that wasn’t one they fell in love with immediately.
“[I] wrote this song in Stockholm last November and thought it would never come out when I left the studio. Somehow my co-writers and I caught a bad vibe and weren’t too happy with what we did that day… we didn’t even write a second verse!!” Felix Jaehn explains. “A few weeks later I listened back to the vocals Brother Leo had quickly laid down (cause why not? We didn’t wanna leave the studio with nothing), and… I got goosebumps!! The vocals feel so raw and honest it’s crazy! I love our loner song! It makes me feel like I’m leaving the club at 4am on my own – about to get on another plane”
