DJ Snake is one of the biggest names in the electronic scene with a number of chart-topping hits under his belt, so it’s relatively hard for him to fly under the radar at this point in his career. However, his latest release came as somewhat of a surprise.
His latest original single, “Broken Summer,” creates a moody and calming listening experience which is quite the change of pace for the French producer behind some of the biggest party anthems in recent memory.
DJ Snake explained, “I decided to drop ‘Broken Summer’ for you guys. No strategy. No plan. Just good vibes for the world,” he says in an emailed statement. “That’s what great music is after all, right? Much more coming soon, but for now, please enjoy ‘Broken Summer.’ It’s a vibe.”
