Where other cities across the country struggled to legally hold large electronic gatherings, Miami became a hotbed for hosting world-class talent. The incorporation of both DJs and live bands, like Rabbit In The Moon, Underworld, and Junkie XL created a truly unique atmosphere, one which is still maintained to this day.
