Just two weeks after announcing EDC Las Vegas was still on for its May 21 – 23 dates, Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella has officially broken the news that the festival has now been postponed to October 22 – 24, 2021.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Pasquale revealed that the decision was made after Clark County (home of EDC & the Las Vegas Motor Speedway) announced its new re-opening plan that requires 60% of residents to be vaccinated before restrictions over large scale gatherings can be lifted and it would simply be too much of a gamble to do forward with the May dates.
