While the second edition of DESTRUCTO‘s ALL MY FRIENDS festival was already stacked with talent, it was the late additions to the lineup that quickly became the “must-see” set of the weekend. I’m talking about MK and Diplo going back-to-back, of course!
MK (Marc Kinchen) was revealed as an addition to the Sunday bill with Diplo to be announced soon after for what was truly one-of-a-kind music experience.
Luckily for all those who couldn’t witness it live, their full set has been uploaded to Soundcloud for all the world to enjoy.
“House is where it all came from. Everything we know and love as dance music today started with the masters in Chicago & Detroit almost forty years ago,” Diplo explains.
“The genre has always been incredibly important to me, and Higher Ground is our homage to the legends and opportunity to champion new sounds and artists from around the world pushing the genre forward.”
Bringing together the sounds of MK’s Area10 label and Diplo’s newly launched Higher Ground imprint, this was one unforgettable set from start to finish.
