DJ Expo, produced by DJ Times magazine, will run Aug. 12-15 at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City and it will feature: 31 educational seminars, panels and keynotes; an exhibit hall full of the latest DJ-related products; and evening events presented by sponsors like Peavey, Bose, RCF & Photobooth Supply.
Established in 1990, DJ Expo is America’s longest-running DJ convention/exhibition. As is its mission, DJ Expo will present the hottest industry topics and offer professional solutions for all manner of DJs – club jocks, mobile entertainers, music-makers and upstarts. Over the course of its four days, DJ Expo will offer new angles on lucrative markets, tech talk, performance tips, branding advice, social media and more. Sponsored seminars will be presented by ADJ, BPM Supreme, Chauvet DJ, Peavey, and Pioneer DJ.
Additionally, as part of its renowned “Keynote Q&A” series, DJ Expo will present a pair of industry legends – leading turntablist/mash-up artist Z-Trip (Aug. 13) and disco-era pioneer Nicky Siano (Aug. 14). Interviewed by DJ Times’ Jim Tremayne, these two notable spinners will offer lively discussion on the past and the future of DJing. Expect plenty of great stories and unique perspectives on the DJ scene.
