Considered to be one of Germany’s most iconic venues will soon be immortalized as an exhibit in a new museum.
While the original Tresor was forced to close in 2005 making the move to the old Kraftwerk power plant on Köpenicker Straße, Berlin’s Tresor legendary club’s original door will soon be on display at The Humboldt Forum, a new museum in the heart of Berlin.
“The door reminds us of the pulsating party culture of the 1990s and symbolizes the city’s free spaces, which gave birth to a lively cultural scene. This object truly reflects Berlin’s eventful history,” The Humboldt Forum explains.
