The electronic community has become quite vocal of the last few years acknowledging the fact most festival lineups have begun to look too similar for their liking, especially when they are paying top dollar for these events. Well, Danny Howard and Disciples have just flipped the festival circuit on its head with their latest announcement.
The iconic BBC Radio 1 DJ and the prolific trio will be hosting their first ever festival arena stage at this year’s SW4 Festival, Sunday 27th August at Clapham Common, London. That’s right, The Following and Nothing Else Matters will be joining forces under the same roof!
While both artists are arguably two of the biggest names to hail from the UK in the world of dance music, they’re called upon Erick Morillo, Defected’s Sam Divine, Shiba San, Chris Lorenzo B2B Zinc, Eli & Fur, Icarus, Riton featuring Kah-Lo to join them for one unforgettable night.
Speaking about the event, Danny Howard said, “It’s something I’ve always dreamt of doing and now I’m so excited to curate and host a festival arena for the first time ever! The fact that it’s with my boys Disciples, the hottest name in UK dance music right now, means we’re gonna create something special. Bring on the summer!”
