Social media erupted earlier this week decrying the booking of Lithuanian DJ/producer Ten Walls at DC-10’s Circoloco party on July 4.
The backlash comes on the heels of a homophobic rant on the personal Facebook page of Ten Walls (real name Marijus Adomaitis) last year. Coming from both his fellow DJs—including tweets from acts like Midland, Soul Clap, and Seth Troxler as well as reposts from Ellen Allien and Nicole Moudaber—and the wider EDM community, the campaign urged the Ibiza club to remove the controversial artist from the lineup.
Booking Ten Walls is so whack. There are literally 100s of DJ's to pick from, what he did was no mistake, it was a sustained hateful tirade.

@circolocoibiza is a free space, where religion, race and sexual preference will not be discriminated against. I stand against 10walls. ??

Today, Circoloco’s Facebook page issued a statement apologizing for the booking and announcing that Ten Walls would not be playing at the event next week.
