After months of teasers and mysterious announcements, Richie Hawtin has finally taken the wraps off the first product from his new PLAYdifferently brand.
Created over the past two years in collaboration with Andy Rigby-Jones, the PLAYdifferently Model 1 mixer offers six stereo channels, two stereo Send & Return channels, two mix outputs, and Master & Booth EQ. Other features include a per channel Hybrid Filter EQ and Input overdrive control, Master Resonant Filter, a dual headphone cue system, Tascam DB25 conector system, Dual Mixer linking capability, and a dual external PSU option.

The mixer will be unveiled today at 2 PM EST via a live Boiler Room stream from Berlin’s Arena Club, with performances from Chambray, Chris Liebing, Dubfire, Ellen Allien, Joseph Capriati, Richie Hawtin, and more.
