The Rio Music Conference is set to return next month, and the South American trade show’s famous closing festival has revealed a rebrand and the lineup for its seventh edition.
Now dubbed the Rio Music Carnival, the event will run from February 13-17 and will now take place at the Marina da Glória with an overhauled look. The five night festival features a new stage, backstage, and scenography design alongside spacious VIP areas, an view of the Sugarloaf Mountain and Guanabara Bay, and even a suspended sky bar.
The program kicks off with a bang on Friday, February 13 with a performance from Tiësto. The following night, the “world’s biggest paint party” Life In Color will host a special performance from Showtek, with Afrojack and Alesso playing Sunday and Monday, respectively. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike will be on hand on Tuesday, February 17 to close out the proceedings with a spectacular grand finale.
