Sébastien Léger Launches Temple of Lions Imprint with New Releases

By  |

Sébastien Léger has spent much of 2014 celebrating his milestone 20th anniversary as a DJ, but he’s continuing to push forward with the launch of his new imprint Temple of Lions.

Temple of Lions was inspired by Léger’s trip to Bali and will feature tracks that the DJ describes for use “on the beach or in intimate, underground clubs.” The new releases are devoid of big buildups and allow for more spaced musicality, as evidenced by the two tracks on the label’s first EP: “Bali Deep” and “Elixir.”

“Bali Deep / Elixir” is due out December 1 via Temple of Lions. Listen to both tracks below.

Additionally, Léger will conclude of his 20 Years of DJing celebration in January 2015 with the retrospective compilation album on his existing Mistakes Music label. The album will consist of tracks curated by Léger’s personal favorites from the past two decades. More information about the project will be revealed in the coming weeks.
