The Glitch Mob Return with New Album & US Tour

By  |

The Glitch Mob is returning after three years for the release of its second album Love Death Immortality on February 11 and a US tour in March. The album is set for release through the trio’s label Glass Air Records, and is preceded by the lead single “Can’t Kill Us.” The single is a crushing mix of grinding synth lines with an ominous, rock-centric focus, and aims to bridge the gap between the trio’s 2010 debut Drink The Sea and the new album. The group describes the new LP as “extroverted” in comparison to the first album, and will feature vocal collaborations fro mMetal Mother, Sister Crayon, and Aja Volkman (of Nico Vega).

To promote the new album, The Glitch Mob has planned its largest tour yet, which will travel across the US this March. Kicking off in Portland’s State Theatre on March 11th, the new tour will feature production created by Bionic League’s Martin Phillips, who’s created concert visuals for Daft Punk, Kanye West, and deadmau5. In addition to the US jaunt, the group’s 2014 plans will also include festival and large venue performances later in the year.

Love Death Immortality is can be preordered here and includes an instant download of “Can’t Kill Us.” The full list of tour dates is below, with more information available at
