The word is officially out, Chicago has a new independently owned and operated music venue coming to town in early 2020 and it goes by the name of Radius.

Calling its home 640 Cermak Rd, which was previously an old steel factory, the brand-new 55,000 square foot multipurpose event space has a capacity ranging from 2,500 to 3,800 people.

Radius comes equipped with a state-of-the-art D&B KSL sound system, exceptional acoustics, and nine full-service bars.

Primarily focused on music, the first set of shows at Radius will feature Dillon Francis, Carl Cox, Tchami and many more.

“We were looking for a scalable, multi-purpose venue space to house a state-of-the-art concert facility with modern art and design elements at the forefront, and we’ve created it with RADIUS,” states owner and operator Nick Karounos. “This project has been 4 years in the making and we are beyond excited to show Chicago and the rest of the world what we have built for music lovers of all genres.”

Tickets for upcoming Radius events go on sale this Friday, December 13th at 12PM CST. For more information, visit radius-chicago.com.
