Brooklyn, N.Y.—Running this past November 9-10, the 5th Annual Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival (BEMF) took the form of a multi-venue takeover staged over several venues in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Launched in 2008, BEMF has sought to serve as a platform for emerging dance and live electronic music acts that haven’t quite hit the mainstream. This year’s iteration saw it stretched across venues including the Music Hall of Williamsburg, Brooklyn Bowl, Public Assembly, Glasslands Gallery, Cameo Gallery, and The Villain Space. Bringing over 40 artists, a lot full of curated food trucks, street art, art installations and more, this underground festival is swiftly becoming a New York City mainstay.
Today, we bring you the pictures. Enjoy.
