The P1000X 10-inch Powered Loudspeaker is the latest addition to the company’s P-Series. Capable of solo use or as part of a daisy-chained set of speakers for larger venues, the P1000X is a two-way, bi-amped, full-range bass-reflex speakers with a 10-inch woofer and high-frequency compression driver. The speaker is powered by a custom 1000W Class-D amp and features a proprietary hemi-conical horn that provides enhanced sound clarity and dispersion over a wide coverage area.

The unit contains a built-in mixer with multiple channels and I/O connections, allowing for easy setup. Enhanced EQ, VEGA BASS boost, and high-pass filter controls are available, as well. The speaker’s polymer enclosure also includes a self-tightening pole cup and ergonomic handles for simplified load-in.

Cerwin-Vega also brings the enhanced sound experience to showgoers’ homes with its XD Series of desktop speakers. The company has introduced the XD4 and XD5 speakers as well as the XD8 Subwoofer. The XD4 features a 3/4-inch tweeter, while the XD5 is equipped with a one-inch tweeter. Both are built with solid MDF wood enclosures and Cerwin-Vega’s VEGA BASS Boost Switch. The XD8 has high SPL and an optimally-designed port for proper low frequency phase alignment with little port turbulence. The unit also ships with a remote control, which includes a subwoofer mute button and adjusts the overall system volume when used with other XD series speakers.
