Audio Artery’s flexible One DJ software has been updated to version 1.6, adding a set of new and traditional features for users. The new update for the largely customizable workspace was based largely on user feedback, and includes the addition of a traditional recording, new controller mappings, and bug fixes.

The list of major updates is below. For the complete list of changes, go here.

Traditional recording

Enabled ID3 tag tag editing in browser

iTunes smart playlists supported

Added elapsed/remaining in player gear

Show BPM for iTunes tracks in browser

Fixed freeze bug in layout change & audio routings

Fixed possible crash bug when connecting a controller

Sync fixes & offset move in player gear

Mappings added for Stanton SCS4 DJ, Denon MC2000, Numark Dj2GO. Existing mappings updated.

Additionally, Audio Artery has teamed up with Vestax and 2009 DMC UK DJ champion DJ Rasp for a new video showing off One DJ’s unique timeline features. Performed as part of his innovate DJ routine, Rasp uses both the software’s timeline and live modes in a way not possible in other DJ programs. Watch the video above.
