Armin van Buuren Teams with Heineken for “Save My Night”

Armin van Buuren has announced a new partnership with Heineken to promote the new “Dance More, Drink Slow” campaign and a new single “Save My Night.” The campaign aims to deliver a message emphasizing the importance of staying in control while clubbing by drinking in moderation. The dark track fuses floating trance synths with arpeggiated electro toplines and features an anonymous spoken vocal recounting how a DJ can make or break someone’s night.

Additionally, Heineken and Armin have also released The Experiment, a film showcasing two separate nights at the same club. Set out to be a social experiment, the film shows how the DJ can encourage patrons to dance more instead of drinking, as the only difference between the two nights was the DJ spinning. Armin spoke of his reasons behind the partnership, saying:

Drinking responsibly is an important issue and being able to use music, specifically the ‘Save My Night’ track, to innovatively deliver that message directly to fans on the dance floor is unique.”
