For its second year, Soul Clap, Red Bull Music Academy and Paxahau are bringing the House of eFunk back to TV Lounge in Detroit on Saturday, May 23 as an official Movement Festival 2015 afterparty. Tickets are here (sold out).

While Dr. Funkenstein—a.k.a. Parliament/Funkadelic band-leader George Clinton—doesn’t appear on this year’s lineup, the lengthy party does boast a roster stacked with heavy-hitters across three stages. ’80s electro-funkers Newcleus (live), known for their hits “Jam On It” and “Jam On Revenge,” claim the headlining slot, with Metro Area (playing their only Detroit set), Mathew Jonson (live), and Ableton performer Alexander Robotnick also sharing the stage.

Of course, Crew Love captains Soul Clap will deliver their signature eFunk sound, alongside label-mates Tanner Ross and Navid Izadi. Catz ‘n Dogz, Recloose and Thugfucker will also throw down.

Stage #3 will be helmed by Detroit locals only. Stacey Pullen is performing at House of eFunk for his second year, along with Detroit legends Scott Grooves, Terrence Parker, Eddie Fowlkes and long-time Detroit resident Dan Bain.
