29th Annual International Dance Music Award Winners Announced

The dust is still settling from Miami Music Week, and the winners of the 29th Annual International Dance Music Awards have been named at the Winter Music Conference. Recognizing and honoring acheivements across 57 categories—from artist and music to clubs and technology—and voted on by more than two million fans, the ceremony gave awards to the best of dance in 2013.

This year’s winners include Hardwell taking home the Best Global DJ award, with genre award recipients include Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” for Best Commercial/Pop Dance Track and Martin Garrix’s “Animals” for Best Electro/Progressive House Track. Pioneer DJ nearly swept on the technology front, winning Best Manufacturer as well as Best New Product and Best Studio Product for the Pioneer DDJ-SX and Pioneer RMX1000, respectively.
